As for the lack of a WiK update, I wouldn't lose hope just yet. The first major WiK update (in tandem with the Mesmer changes) popped up on a Friday.

I lost hope long ago. The updates are getting pretty spaced out.

I just don't see why this has been dragged out to this extent unless its purely the whole "sorry, that would take too many resources from GW2" thing.
April was the 5th Anniv, Its now about two months later and we're less than halfway done? This might be bearable if they would allude to the conclusion/rewards waiting at the end, but they really haven't said anything, and we've known for many weeks with no thanks to Anet that at some point the White Mantle Weapons will probably be made available as a reward.
I'm not complaining about free content, just their methods. If they weren't working on solid Derv PvE and PvP balance, I'd be someone annoyed with the current "Waiting Game" which we always seem to be playing with Anet on some level.

At the least, they should add that "Hello, <name>! I see you have some Medals of Honor in your pack! For x Medals of Honor, I will give you:" string to the gw.dat file, so we'll know where our endeavors are leading to.

If four remain, it is easy to assume we'll have:
- Some Elementalist Mursaat with Thunderclap
- Possible Jade Bow with Oath Shot
- Possible Jade Armor with Devastating Hammer
Then we have the last one. Assassin, Ritualist, Paragon, Dervish?

Jade Armors are just constructs the mursaat made so you are correct.

It can happen.
Just give the boss recharge bonuses and Signet of Inscriptions. Watch the lulz unfold.
Oh, and give the enemies earthbind too.

GvG is dead, HA is dead, UW and TOW are dead only thing left alive are silly destroyer weapons and those are about dead too. Game is dead, the world is dying and the price of oil is going up.

Personally i'd love to see a mursaat version of Saul for the last foe we will fight, he was carried off after all, it would reveal what plans they had for him!
It's gotta happen, cmon...

Well, not to take this into a lore thing, but I highly doubt we would face a mursaat Saul for a final boss. The Mursaat are a species, Saul is of the human species. When was the last time a cat turned into a dog?
Secondly, the BMP indicates that once Saul realized what the Mursaat were actually doing, he was appalled, and thus they carried Saul away to silence him through death or some other method. Maybe he could end up as a controlled special "Jade Saul Construct" meant to renew the White Mantle, but definitely not a Mursaat.
Still, I'd rather that if they ruin the mystery of what happened to Saul, they don't tie every loose end up.

Well BMP gave us a preview of Saul and the rise of the white mantle but something is still missing imo.
Did Saul really die or did the mursaat have plans for him all along?

And the historical guild wars were likely added to the lore to give context for GvG matches.

I'm hoping to actually participate in the Dragon Festival this year. The past two years I just got on to get the hat. What's the fun in that?
